The Spark
I-NNOVA CM was born from a simple but powerful idea: Cameroon needs homegrown tech solutions AND the talent to build them. Development of our first products began.
Building the Foundation
INNOVA Marketplace and INNOVA POS entered development. The KICKSTARTER program concept took shape with the revolutionary Career Capital scoring system.
Portfolio Expansion
BookIt ride-sharing, Hotel Management, and School Management systems joined the portfolio. KICKSTARTER launched its first cohort of aspiring developers.
Growing Impact
Over 500 students touched by KICKSTARTER. Products serving 100+ businesses. Building the Bibliotech learning ecosystem and expanding our reach across Cameroon.

CTO & Lead Developer
Full-stack developer and architect specializing in Laravel, Vue.js, and cloud infrastructure. Amina leads the technical direction of all I-NNOVA CM products and mentors our junior developers.
