KICKSTARTER is our intensive tech training program designed to transform motivated learners into job-ready developers. Over the course of several months, students learn full-stack web development, mobile app development, and professional skills through hands-on, project-based learning.
No prior programming experience is required! We look for motivation, problem-solving aptitude, and commitment to learning. Applicants go through an interview process to assess their readiness. A personal laptop is recommended but not mandatory — we provide lab access.
The Competitive Competence (CC) Score is our proprietary assessment framework that tracks student progress across multiple dimensions: technical skills, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and innovative thinking. It provides a comprehensive measure of a graduate's readiness for the professional world.
While we don't guarantee job placement, we actively support our graduates through career coaching, portfolio development, interview preparation, and connections to our hiring partner network. Our graduate employment rate within 3 months is over 90%.
